Muslem Countries. Refugees, who had been disaffected by Shea-Majority was created by President Maliki and these Sunni refugees, are ready to fight & fill the vacuum created by clearing ISIS
from the battle field. A unified Iraq can provide the leadership and manpower on the ground while U.S. & aligned forces can coordinate supply lines & Air attacks. In order to achieve success,

forces continue to grow and are holding ground. Although, the objective of the U.S. is still humanitarian, we continue to degrade ISIL capacity by destroying their assessts and ability to
finance their operations. Only an inclusive Iraqi Government can earn the support of a strategy which can bring regional partners into the fight. The President had recently Spoke with German
Chancellor Merkel about Russian supplied, funded & trained separatist by Russians and that more sanctions are likely with the need of winter oil on the horizon. 20140814-Today marks 60 days from which the President had used his Executive Authority for deploying troops in Iraq. The Constitution under the War Powers Act requires Congress to extend
the stay of these troops or withdraw the troops completely. However, Congressional members are on vacation and no one has announced from Congress whether a decision would be made for a
declaration to extend the President's order. 20140810-The President's Policy on war has made no provision for arming a faction, who will abandon their post, leaving U.S. supplied Munitions for arming the enemy. The President has also
stated the U.S. will not send U.S. troops to fight another war in Iraq. Laser guided weapons will likely be the future of war & using these type of weapons will only enhance our ability to
impove the technolgy for using them. In the future, only factions of the U.S. who can prove they can fight and defend their war assests will be considered for U.S. munitions supply. |
20140616-President Obama sent 275 American soldiers to the American Embassy in Iraq today. His decision to reenforce the embassy came when fears of a Baghdad assault from an Al Qaeda element
associated with a Sonni militia tribe who was mounting an assault for another Iraqi City, moving north in the general direction of Baghdad. President maliki of Iraq, so far has refused to share
power with the Sooni tribes and the Kirds in the north who have control over the oil fields are practically non-existent to the State. The president stated there would be no troops on the ground
but to fortify the embassy. The U.S. has no interest in stopping a revolution but only the interest in the Al Qaeda element associated with the fight. War-ships and the air craft carrier G.W. Bush has been deployed and a plan to engage targets are being assessed. President Obama has also stated that President Maliki must fullfill his promise to Governor inclusively and Without some sense of democracy rule, American protection cannot be guaranteed. Of course, there will be no sanctions given to Al qaeda on the battlefield. |

The U.S. would be able to make-up some of the energy shortages in the Ukraine and Eastern Europe in late 2015, with the introduction of Transportable Liquid Natural Gas, but receiving-
infrastructure from exporting countries must first be resolved. For now, it is difficult to invision a military solution to this conflict, but competing forces for economic relief may be helpful
over time. President Obama seems to believe that a slow approach to sanctions on Russia may discentivise their attempt to annex this territory 'without a National Constitution', allowing the

Chemical Weapons throughout their country. Also, for the first time since 1979 an American President has spoken,
however briefly, to the Iranian Leader who had been visiting in the United States and recently spoke at the UN. This kind of news, both on the same day, is unpresidented in recent history.
Democrats seldom have such overwhelming good news on a single day. We should all be proud of our President and his strong but patient leadership. 20130910-The President Addressed the nation Today. agreement for the removal of chemical weapons from Syria, for which he can stall for years. President Obama wants a binding and enforceable agreement with a threat of force should
