20140903-Yesterday, the U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, announced there was enough evidence found to investigate both the township of Ferguson & the County of St. Louis for Civil Rights Violations. The FBI & its investigational team is expected to go back 2 or 3 years when Civil Rights Compaints were at its highest reporting. Depending on the findings of this investigation Ferguson & St. Louis county may find themselves flooded with law suits and court hearings for many years to come.

20140815-Yesterday, President Obama talked about excessive force by police against peaceful protest. Defense Counsel was interviewed & spoke about 'Sun Down Towns' reminisent of the 1960s, where protest after sundown & constitutionally protected free-speech was denied. Defense Counsel spoke of how police were rioting in the streets against the people & operating in secrecy. A demand for full disclosure, & transparency was requested. Timely submission of an incident report may explain why the victim did not receive medical attention for over 40 minutes & the shooter has not yet been identified but placed on paid leave, making no arrest. Defense asked for the number of bullets fired & the number of bullets striking the victim. Although, the victim was reported for shoplifting just before the shooting, Darin Wilson, the policeman was unaware of the theft. The Defense claims & is confident, the evidence & testimony from eye-witnesses accounts will support a successful prosecution of premeditated murder.
20131213-Today, 18 year old Carl Pearson, who had a disagreement with his teacher; brought a long gun and a fire bomb to school. He announced his arrival asking for his teacher. His teacher fled but the gunman was no less able to injure 2 victims then turned his weapon on himself in a fatal end to his life. Just another example in an endless cycle of violence with no concensus to reasonable control on both the mentally ill and the easy access to uncontrolled weapons.

20131204-Today, the Sandy Hook Police Criminal Department, 'after a law suit filed by the AP' will release the taped recordings of the 911 calls from Sandy Hook School. Should any new information shed any light into the state of mind of the shooter or how such a massacre could be avoided in the future is the claim for filing this law suit. The parents of the young child victims in this case may be force to relive the nightmare of this event.

20130712-At 9:00 P.M., a NOT-GUILTY verdict was announced from the jury of Seminole country, Florida in the George Zimmerman-Trayvon Martin Murder Trial. The jury had to consider the state of mind and intent of George Zimmerman. He observed a young negro boy wearing a hoodie in the rain, walking, through his father's neighborhood when most mothers expect their children home. George said, the suspect was walking 'somewhere' with 'something' in his hands and Based on this observation alone, Zimmerman had reported to police that these F****ing punks and A**-holes always get away.

20130507-Jim Porter, the new NRA President has called you out. What will you do Mary Landrieu? Jim Porter has suggested, that Abraham Lincoln's WAR on the south was an act of Northern Aggression that ultimately produced the 13th & 14th admendment of the U.S. constitution which nulified our precious 'CODE NOIR LAW' and that further led to the CULTURE WARS of the 'JIM CROW SOUTH'. Now, what do you think about your thoughless little vote in support of Magazine Massacre capacity & assault by default regulation?

Republicans 'will do nothing' to reward the Obama Administration. But the President does well enough on his own, don't you think? Why do Law-enforcement Officers Carry only 10 rounds of ammunition 'by law', but criminals and the mentally insane get a free-pass with Republicans and are protected by the 'NRA Right'. Everyday, laws are being passed 'by Republicans', who restore the right of convicted felons to possess firearms, and Louisiana is among one of those States! Call Mary Landrieu and tell her, you want her support on bipartisan legislation for background checks on Gun purchases. Lets close the loophole on Gun Shows. This struggle for Gun-Safety has just begun, and public officials must be reminded that reaching out to republicans to get re-elected does not Trump the Voting Electorit.
